The PTCA Balloon Dilatation Catheter is designed for percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty procedures. The catheter shaft is constructed using a multi-layer polymer design to provide an optimal balance of flexibility and pushability. The balloon is manufactured from a high-strength, non-compliant or semi-compliant polymer material to ensure controlled expansion and predictable inflation characteristics. The catheter is compatible with standard 0.014″ guide wires and is designed to be used with standard balloon inflation devices. Radiopaque markers are incorporated near the balloon ends to assist with accurate positioning under fluoroscopy.
